How to Pay for a Subscription When In-App Payment Isn't Available

If you can't purchase Premium in the mobile app, you can subscribe through the GetWardrobe web version.

Your subscription is linked to your GetWardrobe account, so Premium will automatically be available in the mobile app after you pay on the web.

How to subscribe

  1. Open the GetWardrobe web version.
  2. Sign in with the same email you use in the mobile app.
  3. Click your avatar in the top-left corner and open the Premium section.
  4. Choose a plan and complete the payment.

That's it. Premium will be available on every device where you're signed in to this GetWardrobe account.

AI credits

AI credits are not included in Premium and are purchased separately.

You can also buy them through the GetWardrobe web version:

  1. Open the AI credits section in settings.
  2. Choose how many credits you want.
  3. Complete the purchase.

Credits are used for Virtual Try-On, Enhance Item Photo, and larger runs in the AI Outfit Generator.

If you already have a subscription through the App Store or Google Play

If your current Premium subscription is still active, you'll need to wait until the paid period ends before subscribing through the web.

Turn off auto-renewal in the App Store or Google Play and wait until the current paid period ends. After that, you can subscribe through the GetWardrobe web version.
