Manage Subscription¶

Q: How do I cancel my GetWardrobe subscription?

On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > GetWardrobe. On Android, go to Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions > GetWardrobe. From there, tap Cancel or manage your plan.

Q: Will I lose my data or items if I cancel Premium?

No. All your wardrobe data is stored on our servers indefinitely, regardless of your subscription status. You keep everything after cancellation.

Q: How do I get a refund for my subscription?

Refunds are handled by the app store where you purchased your subscription. Contact Apple App Store or Google Play support with your receipt for refund requests.

Q: How do I restore a previous subscription on a new device?

Sign in with your GetWardrobe account on the new device. Your subscription and all data will sync automatically across devices.

Managing Your Subscription¶

Standard subscription management¶

Your Premium subscription renews automatically through the App Store or Google Play. To manage it:

iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → GetWardrobe
Android: Go to Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → GetWardrobe

From there you can change your plan or cancel the subscription.

Payment issues¶

If you experience any payment issues, please contact us at support@getwardrobe.com for updated payment instructions and access restoration. No data will be lost.

Free version¶

The free version of GetWardrobe remains available for download and updates on the App Store and Google Play.
