Delete your account¶

You can permanently delete your GetWardrobe account and all associated data, including your profile information, items, outfits, and packing lists.

Before deleting your account, the app will ask you to confirm your decision. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You won't be able to restore your account or deleted data afterward.

How to delete your account¶

Open Settings by tapping your avatar in the upper-left corner of the main screen.

Scroll down and tap Delete account.

After you tap Delete account, your account isn't deleted right away. First, the app asks you to confirm the deletion. If you've changed your mind, cancel the deletion on this screen.

Before the final confirmation, you can optionally share a reason for deleting your account. Your feedback can help us understand what we can improve in GetWardrobe.

After you confirm, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted. This includes your profile information, items, outfits, and packing lists. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Can I recover my account or data after deletion?¶

No. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account, items, outfits, packing lists, and other associated data cannot be recovered.

How long does account deletion take?¶

Your account is deleted after you confirm the deletion. There is no waiting period.

Will my subscription be canceled when I delete my account?¶

No. Deleting your GetWardrobe account does not cancel an active subscription. If you subscribed through the App Store, Google Play, or on the web, you need to cancel it separately through the service where you purchased it.

What happens to people who have access to my wardrobe?¶

Anyone you've shared your wardrobe with will lose access once your account is deleted.
