How AI Credits Work in GetWardrobe¶

AI credits are used for Virtual Try-On, Enhance Item Photo, and larger AI Generator runs.

• Virtual Try-On — 1 AI credit.
• Enhance Item Photo — 1 AI credit.
• AI Generator:
  • 20 outfits — 1 credit;
  • 30 outfits — 2 credits.

Where to view your balance, history, and buy credits¶

Tap your avatar → Credit history.

Here you can:

• check your current balance;
• buy more credits;
• see credits added and spent;
• view your AI generation history.

Credit packs are available in 20, 60, 150, 500, and 1000 credits. Current prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.

On the purchase screen, you can also earn extra AI credits by sharing a public post about GetWardrobe.

A credit is deducted when the AI feature starts, even if you don't save the result. You'll see the charge in your Credit history.

How Premium and AI credits work together¶

Premium and AI credits are separate.

Premium removes limits and unlocks premium features in the app. AI credits are used for Virtual Try-On, Enhance Item Photo, and 20- and 30-outfit AI Generator runs.

• A monthly Premium subscription does not include AI credits.
• An annual Premium subscription includes 12 AI credits.
• You can buy additional credits separately.

Buying a credit pack is a one-time purchase, not a separate subscription.

Why AI credits are separate from Premium¶

We keep Premium and AI credits separate so we can keep the subscription price steady while making AI features available to everyone — whether you have Premium or not.

This way, you don't pay for AI features you don't use. If you use Virtual Try-On, Enhance Item Photo, or other AI features more often, you can simply buy extra credits when you need them.

Do AI credits expire?¶

No. Unused credits stay in your account, so you can use them later.

Can I earn AI credits for free?¶

Yes. On the credit purchase screen, you can earn extra AI credits by sharing a public post about GetWardrobe.

Post a reel, video, or other public post showing or describing how you use GetWardrobe, and tag @getwardrobe.

Once it's live, send the link to support@getwardrobe.com so we can review it and add the credits to your account.

Will I get my credit back if an AI feature fails?¶

Yes. If the result isn't created because of a technical error, the credit is refunded automatically.

If the generation finishes successfully but you don't like the result, the credit is still considered used.
