Edit Multiple Items

Change properties across multiple items at once—delete, update status, assign to family members, add tags, or create outfits in bulk.

Info

Please note that the option to edit multiple items at once is only available for users with a Premium subscription.

Bulk actions:

  • Delete
  • Change status
  • Change family member assignment
  • Change seasons
  • Edit tags
  • Create outfit
  • Create automatic outfit
  • Create a packing list
  • Share

To begin, tap the "Pencil" icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

Then, select the clothes you want to edit, by tapping on them. If you want to edit all items, tap on the square icon with dots in the lower left corner of the screen.

To select an action, tap on the green icon with three horizontal lines in the lower right corner of the screen.

Choose an action from the list.

To delete items, tap "Delete". After this, the app will ask if you're sure.

To edit the status of items, tap "Edit status". Then, select a new status for the items.

To exit editing mode, tap the "x" icon at the upper right corner of the screen.

To assign items to another family member, tap "Family members assignment" and select or add a family member, by tapping the "+" icon.

To change the season, tap "Edit season", then select one or all seasons and tap "Save".

You can as add tags or delete them to these items. To remove a tag, first tap on it to select it. Then, tap on it again to deselect it.

  • Empty circle - none of the selected items have this tag
  • Gray circle - some items have this tag
  • Circle with a checkmark - all selected items have this tag

While editing tags, you can add new tags. For this, tap on the "pencil" icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

Here you can quickly add or modify the costs of items. To sort items in ascending or descending order based on their price, tap on the icon with three lines at the top right corner of the screen.

By tapping "create outfit" you'll move to the outfit editor screen with all selected items in it.

By tapping "create outfit automatically" the Getwardrobe AI creates outfit with all the items you've selected.

Tip

Please note, "Create outfit automatically" works best when selecting only two or three items such as a top, bottom, and shoes/bag. If you select too many items, the function may not work correctly.

To create a packing list, give it a name and tap the "Save" button.

To share items choose the way to share or save images."To share items, select the method you prefer for sharing or saving images."

FAQ

Q: Is bulk editing only for Premium members?

Bulk editing is a Premium feature. With Premium, you can change status, seasons, tags, and family assignments for multiple items at once.

Q: Can I select specific items or only all at once?

You can do both. Tap items individually to select them, or tap the Select All icon to choose all items on the current view.

Q: What happens if I accidentally delete items using bulk delete?

Bulk delete removes items permanently. Be careful when selecting items before confirming deletion.
